Yes, the Principal indeed has the right to suspend the student who is wearing an offensive t-shirt to the school.
Discipline is the key factor that helps develop the personality of any child.
If a child is not stopped right from this age, he may become careless and go on wrong path and this would be the failure of our educational system.
A student wears an offensive T-shirt to school it means he has done something against the rule. So the Principal must suspend or give any kind of punishment to that student so that he does not make any such mistake in future.
