No, Principal doesn't have any right to suspend a student when he come to school with wearing offensive T-shirt because it is students right to wear clothes according to their choice. If clothes gives a bad impact to others students mind then Principal should call that student & give him instruction. To wear offensive T-shirt in the school is not a crime for suspension.
