As per my views every person has the right to freedom. So he / she has the right to wear any outfit of his / her choice. As per the norms of the school the student should wear uniforms on the scheduled days but when the free dress day is there then he should be given the freedom to wear as per his choice.
Hence the Principal has no right to suspend any child for wearing offensive type of T-shirt but instead if he finds anything against the norms of the school he can very well explain it to the child not doing so.
