What is offensive? Who has fixed up the norms for an offensive wearing? What is offensive in the view of one person may be the liking of another person. Until and unless the norms and limits of the “offensive” word is fixed and explained to the students in the campus, such a conduct of suspending the student by the Principal is totally wrong and illegal.
