My name
is Raksha T. I'm
originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. I love to read,
draw anime, and go online. The picture next to my writing is Su
from the anime "Love Hina." I'm an anime freak because I just love
anime! When I heard about this web site project I was very excited.
Aside from the group disagreements and computer glitches, which we had
a couple of times, I had fun working on it. I really think I
learned a lot about the soil and I hope you did as well.

Daisy L. I'm a 8th grader at I.S. 126. I love anime especially Kodocha
and Inyuasha. I like going online, reading, playing, tennis, and
swimming. This picture that is representing me is Belldandy from the
manga "Ah My Goddess".
Raksha and I started this team. We were going to make a site about
Hawaii but we then changed it to soil. I made the Soil Profile, Credit
and Glossary page. This group worked hard on this site, I hope you will
learn something from this.

Justin T. I'm from I.S. 126 and
I moved to New York in 2000 from Vancouver, Canada. I like New York
and, being in the 8th grade, it is fun here. I like to play the
trombone in
my school band. It is fun and hard to play. I also play the Piano and
am
a big Canucks Fan! When I heard of the Think Quest Contest, I was
excited and I had fun working on it. I guess I am the "computer nerd"
of
this group. I'm the one who kind of put the site together. I
hope you

quiet person and I like to keep things to myself. I'm an anime
freak. I love anime, and my favorite mangas are Marmalade Boy,
Chobits, Gravitation, and Inu-Yasha. I like Disney movies, and so far
Beauty and the Beast is
my favorite. It was fun creating this site and the topic was
interesting. The picture next to my writing is Inu-Yasha, he looks cute
when he's in his demon form. I have to admit that I actually did learn

shopping,
and going on the computer. My favorite subjects in school are Math and
Social Studies. My favorite
books are the Harry Potter series. Doing the Think Quest project was
both very interesting and fun, I learned many facts about soil that I
never knew before. Last but not least, I had an opportunity to work
together with my friends on a subject we all agreed on and one of the
most fascinating topics. |
