Problem : Physical Fatigue Solution: For a quick pick me up, make a fist and rub the upper middle of the sole of the foot with the knuckle of your index finger. Continue for 30 seconds, then repeat with other foot.
Problem : Mental Fatigue. Solution: With the tip of your index finger, press firmly into the groove between your nose and upper lip and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat every day for several weeks.
Problem : Sleep Deprivation. Solution: Press your thumb against your wrist, just below the crease of your hand on the inner side. Hold for 60 seconds, then repeat the procedure on the other wrist. Do this an hour before bedtime and then again, just before nodding off.

Solution: The reason foot pads turn dark color after treatment is because they contain wood vinegar which reacts to the sweat on the feet and causes these footpads to turn black.
