Tired Feet
Mix two tablespoons each of camomile, peppermint, oatstraw, red clover, elderberry leaves, linden flowers, fennel, dock, rosehips and alfalfa in 1 quart cold water.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, cool and soak the feet for 10-15 minutes in the liquid.

Hot, Itchy Feet
Soak the feet for 15 minutes in warm water from boiled potatoes. Dry feet in a towel with sea salt or dulse powder sprinkled in it, then massage the feet with 2 tablespoons sesame or almond oil.

Cold Feet

Problem: Knee Pain

Solution:: Place a tennis ball on a pillow, then place your leg over it so the ball is pushing into the crease behind your knee.
Find the sensitive juswt below your kneecap and just to the outside of the shinbone. Press into it lightly
with your forefinger for about a minute. (If you have a knee injury, see your doctor.)

Solution: With the tip of your index finger, press firmly into the groove between your nose and upper lip and hold for 30 seconds. Repeat every day for several weeks.

 

Problem : Sleep Deprivation.

Solution: Press your thumb against your wrist, just below the crease of your hand on the inner side. Hold for 60 seconds, then repeat the procedure on the other wrist. Do this an hour before bedtime and then again, just before nodding off.
