Bing Crosby was a popular actor and singer in America during the 1940s. He had received over 20 gold records for his albums and he proved that his talent in acting was even greater than his singing.
One of his most famous albums that he had recorded was a classic called “White Christmas” which came out in 1942. “White Christmas” sold more than 30 millions copies world wide and was the best selling single in any music category for more than 50 years. In the Academy Award at 1944, Bing won Best Actor for his role as a young priest in his movie Going My Way. Other movies that he starred in were Holiday Inn, Road to Utopia and Welcome Strange.
Bing Crosby’s remarkable career ended in 1977 when he died of a heart attack. He’s an exceptional actor and singer and he will never be forgotten from many Americans’ heart.
