Introduction

Throughout the nation, many teachers struggle to find a method for their students to better understand a certain topic. The program Workshop Model offers a sense of relief to these teachers because it allows them to detect the areas where the students need to improve. Unlike the previous teaching techniques, students are offered the opportunity through connections, mini lessons, work periods and closings to reach the their full academic potential.

Workshops have been designed to benefit the students for a better understanding by using strategies that enhance their skills. The workshops encourage the pupils to participate more with their peers and teachers through discussing the work that is assigned to them and the strategies that are taught in the mini lessons. By implementing workshop models in classrooms, students will learn skills in a way more to their liking. They can enjoy learning from a hands on experience than in the original note taking form.

The many aspects of Workshop Model are discussed in this website. The subjects being highlighted here were made to fit the needs of individuals searching for information as well as teachers and students who are interested in learning more about this marvelous program. Workshop Model is slowly but shortly being implemented in many schools across the country; wouldn't you like to learn more about it?
