Meet the Authors

Obviously, this website didn't create itself, it came along with outstanding, remarkable, and educated authors-Lauren, Taylor, Danielle, and Megan! Now hear their story about the journey about making this website. Trust me, they're one of a kind!

Lauren: I am so glad I was able to do this website with three of my friends. I am so happy we were able to finish the site and enter it. I hope you will like the website! Well, I have many hobbies. Some of them are dancing, playing my guitar, going on the computer, and playing with my two dogs.

Taylor: Well, I'm sorry that this is coming to an end, because I really had a great time creating this. When I first started TQNYC last year in 6th grade, I thought that it was going to be boring websites about boring topics that would literally make you snore. Boy, was I wrong! We had such a fun time making my group's website last year, but unfortunately, my group didn't have enough information to be published into an official website. When I heard that we were going to be doing this again, I knew that this was the year to redeem my name! Well, I have to say that we worked so hard doing this, and I hope you enjoy this website, and find it useful for homework and projects that you have to do. My hobbies include dancing, singing, playing the piano, playing the guitar, playing the flute, hanging out with my friends, listening to music, going on the computer, playing with my dog, visiting my family, drawing, teaching children about different subjects, having sleepovers with my cousins and friends, and just having fun.

Danielle: Making this website was an unbelieveble experience. We learned so many interesting facts about newspapers from creating this website. I had a wonderful time working with three of my very best friends. Some of my hobbies include dancing, swimming, playing with my Maltese and Goldendoodle, hanging out with friends, and ice skating. I am very excited to enter in our website into the contest. Even if we do not win at least we had a wonderful time working together to create it.

Megan: Participating in this website was a very exciting and interesting experience. After spending hours and hours creating and putting finishing touches on it I realized how much fun it actually was. My hobbies include swimming, ice-skating, playing with my pets, and playing volleyball. I can't wait until we enter this website in the competition, and I hope that our team has a chance at winning this!
