The Soviet Tanks of WWII represented the pinnacle of Allied mastering of industrial technique. Each Soviet vehicle was hard hitting, surviveable, and better yet reliable. Though they lacked the fine tuned engineering that many German tanks had, the simplicity of the Soviet Tanks made them easy to mass produce and even easier to maintain, resluting in a large and very efficient tank force. The Soviet Tanks helped to check the German advance, and later drove the Germans back to Berlin itself.
