Mayor Matey of Buccaneer Borough is fed up because piracy is being committed on his watch. He calls the Commissioner of Pirate Control and demands that the Commissioner crack down hard and find the scoundrels.

The Commissioner sets up a hotline at 555-173-4591 and hopes someone will call in soon. To his amazement, the hotline receives not one but ten promising leads.

The Commissioner and his Pirate Patrol jump into their cars with sirens blasting and go into the dark and stormy night. They scour the neighborhood, rounding up ten suspects. They take them to the nearest precinct for questioning. Can they all be guilty of stealing intellectual property? Only you will know the answer to that question!
