What do you need to be a President of the Unites States?

You need to be at least 35 years old and be born in the United States.

Graduate from college with a Law Degree.

Raise money. Lot's of it, you need it to campaign.

Hire people to do your campaign.  Make sure that they are bright and willing to work long hours.

Campaign, Campaign, Campaign!  Go everywhere with your campaign. Get everyone to know you.  Make sure you start campaigning in January of the election year.

Remember that the President and Vice President work together. So get the Vice President candidate to work with you.

Win the majority of votes from the conventional party.

Celebrate your victory and campaign all around the country.

Win a majority of the electoral college (you need 270 out of 538).

Practice your inauguration speech.

Who Can Run?
You must be 35 years old and be a native-born citizen of this country.
Chosen by a Republican or Democratic
Both political parties hold meetings and they select delegate in the "primary" elections.
The Electoral College
Each state has the same number of electors. There are two senators for each state.  Electors are selected by the people.
The electoral College votes for the President and the Vice- President.
