Human behavior over the last few decades in particular has now threatened our
planet, including our oceans. Pollution, careless abuse and destruction, and overfishing are some of the human actions which are taking their toll on the immense undersea world below us. This threatening of our undersea world, will also have an impact on our own health and way of life. The marine habitats under the sea are in danger.
Jean Michel Cousteau, son of ocean explorer, Jacques Cousteau, believes that
"Everthing is connected. Our own lives will be affected by what is reflected in the sea". He is committed to exploring how our actions are impacting the health of the ocean.
