We know someone who has a very unique hobby – scuba diving!  Her name is Ms. Jennifer Shannon.
Ms. Shannon is a teacher at our school, who has been teaching for 15 years.  She has her certification in Advanced Open Water Scuba and has gone on over an 100 dives already.  Some of her dives have taken place in the North Atlantic where the water is very cold, but most of her dives were in warm climate areas including Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, the Caribbean, Egypt, and Palau, Micronesia.  Her dives include
both shallow and deep dives.  Her deepest dive was 145 ft. below the water's surface, to explore the blue hole in Belize. We think that's amazing!
