Sea lions are fin-footed marine mammals of the Otariidae.  Sea lions eat squids, octopuses, and fish, and sometimes, penguins.  Sea lions are carnivores.  Sea lions have 34-38 teeth.  Sea lions can only have a little bit of salt water.  Sea lions live on land better than seals do.  Sea lions are related to seals because of their ears.  Male steller sea lions are 10-12 feet tall.  California sea lions live on islands in the north Pacific Oceans.  A California sea lion’s life span is about 15-16 years. A sea lion’s body parts are, the teeth, skull, ribs, tail,hip joint, ankle, rear flipper, knee, neck, shoulder joint, wrist, front
flipper, and the elbow.  

..... A Seal is a sea animal with a long, smooth body. TThey have flippers instead of legs. Seals can live on land and sea. Most live along the edges of continents and islands. There are three main groups of seals, including eared seals, earless seals and walruses...Eared seals have ear flaps that cover their ear openings.gEarless seals have no ear openings. They can not use their rear flipper to move on land. Walruses are the only seals with tusks. Most seals live where there are plenty of fish. They like to live in cool or cold areas. The smallest seal is the ringed seal and the largest seal is the elephant seal. which can grow up to 16 feet (or 5 meters).
