Identity Theft

Many people buy things off the internet. Whether it is clothes, shoes, iPod, etc. Usually you would need to put in your credit card number to charge the money onto it. If the site you are buying your product from isn't safe, experts can get into your computer, get your credit card number, and use it however he/she wants. There are many websites you can trust.

Just make sure the site you buy your object from is a site you can trust.

Also, do not tell ANYONE your password that you use in socializing networks, accounts for stores or in anything. This information is very sensitive and if leaked out, it can be dangerous. Identity thefts can log into your account and find out important information about you.

I'm sure when your browsing through the internet, you find advertisements such as "You have won an iTouch, click here to claim your prize." Then they ask you to put in your credit card number. DO NOT TRUST THOSE SITES unless it is a real offer from Apple®.

Identity thefts are very cunning. Your first and last name is all they need to find out all your information. So be careful when you are on the internet to only go on sites you can trust.
