Online Obligation

Online, many situations happen that we witness.
In November 2008, a boy committed suicide live. He had blogged earlier that he was planning to take his own life before. Twelve hours later, he was found dead in his room. People were watching him live and they did nothing about it.
We have a choice if we want to report this kind of situation or keep quiet and watch the situation. So, below here are some things you can do if you are stuck in a situation and you don't know if you should say something or stay quiet.

Introduction

Your screen name on AIM gets leaked out into the internet and strangers such as older men or women start IMing you and asking you what your age is, gender, where you live... etc...They could even start asking for pictures!

You should NOT tell them any personal information. Block them and immediately sign off! If it continues to happen report it to AIM or AOL. But don't forget to talk to your parents about it first!
Some kid is bullying you online. At first, it only that person bothering you, but later, he or she gets other people to harass you. You should never just try and ignore it. Don't hold it inside by not telling anyone about it. This may sound lame, but you have to tell someone whether it's your parent, friend, or any adult who could put an end to the bullying.
You're on the computer and all of a sudden, a picture of a naked person or a picture containing inappropriate material pops up.  Immediately tell an adult you trust.
