Hieroglyphics

Hieroglyphic is a system of writing where symbols represent objects and ideas. It was named hieroglyphics by the Greeks who used it to describe the characters on Egyptian monuments. Hieroglyphics is currently well known to refer to the ancient Egyptian system of writing. Archeological discoveries have made us come to the conclusion that it is oldest system of writing. It can be traced from 3300 or 3200 BC and was used by the Egyptians for the next 3,500 years.
