Matzo Ball Soup
Matzo ball soup is a soup enjoyed by Jewish families
on various holidays, but specifically, Passover. The matzo balls are made
from dough without yeast so it cannot rise. Though this is a Jewish passover
soup, it can be enjoyed by anyone, anytime!
