THINKQUEST P.S. 134Q 2005

The Administration Building (Ryan Visitor Center)

At first glance, the administration building almost looks like the White House, or City Hall. It is quite a building.
The details are so cool, often there are worlds or propellers, with wings!
The main lobby was amazing. Though the tiles and carpet are newer, much of the lobby remains as it was during the busiest days of early flight!
The control tower is one of the greatest parts of the Ryan Center. People would work the controls to make sure the airplanes took off and landed safely.
These are some reproductions of some of the original artwork that hung inside the Administration Building. There is a missing mural by the artists Henkel and Chodorow that our team is going to try and find a copy of that was taken down due to controversy.
The hangars alongside the Administration Building are huge. They used to store the aircraft.
