Domesticated Plants And Animals

The aztecs sacrificed many domesticated animals to the gods. They did this to feed there Ancestors and Gods in the after life. Many people thought thought this was not enough so the Aztecs sacrificed many human beings.

A Human Sacrifice.

The Aztecs used cocao to make a drink that was like a very strong chocolate milk. First they ground up the cocoa beans into a dust. They then add a little bit of water so it turns into a paste. They then beat n more water and it makes a very strong cocoa drink.

The Aztecs also used corn or many foods they made. In some parts of the empire it was the main crop grown. The aztecs found out manyways to use corn in many different dishes.
