Domesticated Plants And Animals

The Aztec had many domesticated plants and animals that were not available in Europe,Asia, and Africa. Amoung these were peanuts, corn, tomatoes, sugar cane, cocoa, beans, pineapples, rubber, sweet patatoes, squash, and pineapples.

This is the type of Tomato the Aztecs used.

Though sugar cane was not descovered in the americas, when the europeans landed they captured slaves to grow huge plantations of sugar cain because Central America climate was perfect for growing sugar-cane.
