     Proper nutrition can help mantain a healthy body by preventing diabetes, obesity, and weakness in the bones.  To stay healthy and fit, we need to eat a variety of foods and eat in moderation. One of the greatest tool that we have to guide us for better nutrition is the food pyramid.  The food pyramid emphasizes five major food groups. It show us how much we should eat from each group.
