     In order to lose weight we need to change our lifestyle.  We  need  to  be more  active  and  make  better choices  when  we  eat.  We can start changing our lifestyle by doing more exercises and outdoor activities other than playing video games or watching TV.  When we watch TV we sit still and we lose less calories.  Plus watching TV  persuades us to eat junk food from fast food commercials.
