Hunting in Wisconsin:

Hunting with various different weapons in Wisconsin, is separated by different dates for different weapons. Bow Hunting is from Sept. 16 - Nov. 16 and Nov. - Jan. 3. Guns are used between the dates of Nov. 18 and Nov 26. And Muzzleloaders are to be used between Nov. 27 and Dec 6. Wisconsin is divided into zones in which certain animal hunting is illegal, and where dogs are not allowed to be accompanied during the hunt. Examples of animals hunted in Wisconsin are turkey, deer, doves, grouse, quail, jackrabbit, beaver, mink, bobcat, and woodcock.
