Craftsmen
Craftsmen in Ancient Egypt were usually trained and skilled laborers. They were well respected in the community. They had a comfortable lifestyle. If they were well skilled and had a lot of experience they were considered high social standing . some craftsmen had more difficult lives than others. Craftsmen who made objects for the temples or for the pharoahs worked in a temple workshop or palace workshop. Objects for oridnary people were made by local craftmen in small workshops.
