| A VISIT TO THE BRONX ZOO |

While designing our web site we managed to have a little fun at the Bronx Zoo. We went to check out the butterfly exhibits. But nothing worked out as we planned. As it turned out the Butterfly Garden was closed so we couldn't go in and check out the habitat of the butterflies. While we were walking we discovered the Bug Carousel. It was a huge merry-go-round, but instead of horses there were BUGS. The best part about the ride was that the bugs weren't real. They were just huge models of bugs. We took a few pictures of ourselves on the Bug carousel. (You can view some of the Bug Carousel pictures in our photo gallery.)
Even though the Bug Carousel had bugs we still enjoyed the ride! Even though we felt a little dizzy at the end of the ride, we still had a lot of fun. After our trip around the merry-go-round we went to arrange our interview with a supervisor of the butterflies at the butterfly garden. We prepared our questions for the professional. While we waited for the interview we took tons of pictures (that can be viewed at our photo gallery.) Then after walking around the Zoo a couple of times we met our professional and asked our questions.
After our interview we went to
lunch at the Dancing Crane. We had a great lunch and saw a really great
show. Finally we went to a little department store and we saw little
Monarch masks. We tried them on and took pictures. (You can view
pictures of the masks in our photo gallery.) At the end of the day we had
lots of pictures and answers to our many
questions.
