Effects of Poverty in Africa…

 

  • Dirty Water:

There are many areas that have water contaminated with germs and bacteria. With Africa having dirty water the lives and health of the people are in great risk of having more diseases or death. The dirty water in Africa has lead to disease and death for many Africans, especially kids and elders.

  • Disease: There are barely any hospitals.

Hospitals are in bad conditions for the sick people who are recovering.

No money to afford the medicines.

Africa citizens are dying of: smallpox, malaria, Aids, pneumonia, diarrhea, tuberculosis, and measles.

 

  • Malnutrition:

Africans cannot eat the food they plant because they use it to sell it and acquire money. Therefore they eat worms and other insects for protein but it isn't enough for their nutrition.

 

 

  • Lack of Water:

Due to the drought and the irrigation occurring in Africa there is a Lack of water that has led many Africans to death, diseases, or forced to use the water in rivers or lakes nearby.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Lack of Education:

Africans leave school to work. Schools are in poor conditions with no water or bathrooms.

Most schools in Africa use cement blocks as seats. The lack of education lead to long hours of work in horrible places in where disease can spread instantly.

  • Lower Quality of Life:

With disease, malnutrition, dirty water, lack of water and lack of education the quality of life in the African Continent is very unfortunate.

Lower quality of life in Africa has become like a normal situation for Africans.

The ambulation of all the problems listed above contributes to the emissive poverty in Africa.
