Anita is Senior Vice President, Commercial Sales & Leasing for the Grossberg-Sroka Group – Prudential Douglas Elliman RE.

Among NYC’s highest-producing commercial real estate brokers, Anita Grossberg attributes her strong relationships with clients and natural flair for fulfilling their unique needs as key to the success she’s enjoyed over three decades in the business.  Anita specializes in tenant representation within commercial, office and retail leasing market as well as sales of investment and user properties.

Her proven track record of results has run the gamut from start-up companies looking for space to well-established to high-profile corporations expanding their facilities, and beyond.  Her loyal client roster has included giants like Hilton Hotels Corporation, Bank Leumi, Niche Media Holdings and such non-profits as the International Immigrants Association, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and AGVA.

Prior to joining PDE, she ran her own thriving boutique commercial RE firm, Lerner Group Inc., which she founded in 1993.  Anita simultaneously taught real estate education courses for over 15 years.  She is certified to teach the New York State Sales Person & Broker Qualifying Courses. In addition to serving on the board of ThinkQuest NYC, Anita is a member of YMWREA, where she served on the Board of Governors and a member of REBNY.
