Janine Lee Craane has approached her 25 year career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch much the same as she has many other things in her life.  Born in Venezuela and having moved to the U.S. when she was in the sixth grade, Janine understands that quick adaptation to her environment is one of the keys to success.

After attending Hunter College High School and graduating Amherst College, she, along with her mother, created a billion dollar partnership that services institutional and high net worth clients.  With a multi-cultural team, Janine meets the challenges of an ever-changing market in a way that preserves and passes on wealth from one generation to the next.

Janine, her loving husband Samy and their two beautiful children Aukai (8) and Leilani (6), are nature explorers and travel lovers.  Her nurturing philosophy has always been and remains that her team members and her clients are her extended family.

Having achieved the American dream, it gives her great pleasure to extend the same opportunity through ThinkQuest NYC to urban children by igniting their imaginations about the future.
