Mary is Executive Director of Executive Programs at The Conference Board (TCB). In this capacity, she oversees all CEO/C-Suite activities, including CEO Roundtables and Forums, TCB’s prestigious Annual Dinner-which attracts corporate executives from major global companies– and all company-wide special initiatives. Jacobson interfaces with the Office of the President and CEO on activities involving TCB’s Board of Trustees and strategic partners. She also directs their “Experiential” leadership events at Normandy, France and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, during which top executives learn corporate strategies from successful military battles of the past. Previously, Jacobson was Director of Asia Pacific for TCB and responsible for overall management and development of conferences in the region. Prior to that position, she was Director of Programming for TCB’s U.S. Conference Division and handled content for over 100 conferences annually.

Before TCB, Jacobson was with Institutional Investor and held many positions, including Director of Sales for both the Institute for Infrastructure Finance and the CEO Institute. Jacobson’s extensive background in the financial services industry also includes work with Salomon Brothers Inc (now part of Citigroup), Dow Jones & Company and Reuters Group PLC. Ms. Jacobson received a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
