Will is Managing Partner of VShift, an interactive strategy, marketing and design firm which operates websites of prominent advocacy groups and democratic campaigns. VShift also helps formulate web strategies for large corporations.  Will also is partner and founding member of Carlin/Collins Consulting, a management consulting firm.  Previously Will was Managing Director for OgilvyInteractive and responsible for overseeing all New York operations. Prior to Ogilvy, Will served as Managing Partner in the New York office of marchFIRST.

A communications and process specialist, Will has taught classes (in presentation skills and interactive development processes) at both NYU and Columbia Business School. He graduated with Honors from Yale, received an MBA with High Honors from Columbia Business School and studied advanced pre-med for two years at Harvard.  He was a world-ranked squash player on the men’s professional touring circuit, won the U.S. National Championship in squash and was the United States’ #1 ranked player in 1990 and 1995. Will also served on both the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the US Olympic Committee.

In addition to serving on ThinkQuest NYC’s Board, Will also serves as Corporate Secretary and on ThinkQuest NYC’s Executive, Finance and Marketing Committees.
