TQNYC Students Star in PSA for Telemundo

Three enthusiastic seventh graders from MS 137, Queens, America’s School of Heroes, traveled to Telemundo’s Fort Lee, NJ studio to tape a public service announcement about the changeover from analog to digital transmission.

The students, Lennie Rodriguez, Melissa Morales and Pamela Gomez are passionate about creating videos. They arrived in Fort Lee - along with their teacher, Ms. Trincado, their principal, Ms. Mastrogiovanni. All three students are participants in the NBC Universal Digital Media competition, held by ThinkQuest NYC. The students were thrilled to be chosen. As Lennie said, “This is the best day of my life.”
