TQNYC Newsletter
Issue 1 Volume 1
March 2006
|
Dear TQ Colleagues,
As a veteran and ongoing coach, I have had the pleasure of being part
of our vibrant, caring and dynamic Thinkquest NYC network from its inception.
As an outgrowth of this terrific experience of networking with you and
witnessing the talent, expertise, and enthusiasm of the student web
designers we nurture, I have offered to create a newleter capturing educator TQNYC experiences.
To make this newsletter truly reflect the excitement and creativity
in web design and inquiry based student centered learning TQNYC embodies,
I need Coach's Corner stories about
student teams and their ongoing research, triumphant finds
challenges and collaborative efforts.
This initial issue spotlights Paris, who
has been a member of the TQ Community for since 1996.
Please contact me at editor@tqnyc.org,
so that the next issue's spotlight can shine on your teams' progress and accomplishments.
Let's share the ongoing web designing explorations throughout out network!!

Each team will have to complete the questionnaire to be eligible for judging. The deadline
for completing the questionnaire as well as uploading your site is May 1st, 2006.
- UPLOAD AND TEST YOUR SITE BEFORE MAY 1st!
Do not leave uploading until the deadline. As the deadline approaches the server will become
